- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Good understanding of bar operaions and beverage knowledge
- Storng leadership skills and the ability to train bartenders.
HEAD CHEF
TWA CIMANGGU HOT SPRING & SAJI MAREM
- Minimun of 2 years of experience in the same similar position.
- Proficiency in the kitchen operational standards and team management.
- Creativity in menu development aligned with the concept of TWA CIMANGGU & Saji Marem
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety.
INCOME AUDIT
TWA CIMANGGU HOT SPRING & SAJI MAREM
- Minimum 2 years of experience in income auditing or accounting within the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial procedures, auditing standards, and POS systems.
- High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
OUTLET MANAGER
TWA CIMANGGU HOT SPRING & SAJI MAREM
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the restaurant/F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including service, kitchen coordination, and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in Javanese language and familiar with Javanese culture and traditions.
- Ability to manage cross-departmental teams effectively.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
